Email Submission: Once complete, email application and supporting documentation to admin@texashistoricalfoundation.org. An email confirmation that your application has been received will be sent within 24 hours of submission.
Submit by mail: Print completed application and send one copy of the application and additional materials to:

Submission Deadlines: Deadlines are generally on the 1st of the following months: March, June, September, and December. However, dates may change on occasion. Please confirm deadlines with the THF office by email admin@texashistoricalfoundation.org or phone 512-453-2154.
Please be sure to include:
- One copy of the application and additional materials if submitting by mail.
- A copy of the current exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service indicating 501 (c) 3 status.
- Articles of Incorporation or Constitution and Bylaws.
- A listing of officers and directors.
- Completed THF Budget Summary.
- Budgets for current and preceding fiscal year.
- Detailed budget for this specific project.
- Most recent audit report if available
- Additional information, when applicable: project photos, estimates for services/materials, and other supporting materials.
